Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiiYa Traveler website at traveler.siiya.online (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by SiiYa Ventures Corporation ("SiiYa", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions
Many products on the Site are supplied and shipped by independent partner brands. We try to describe products, prices, and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by an error at any time, including after an order is placed, and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product becomes unavailable or we suspect fraud. An order is accepted when the item ships.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Editorial content
Guides, routes, ratings, and recommendations on the Site are general information for planning purposes only. Travel conditions change; always check current conditions, regulations, and safety guidance before you travel, and use products according to the manufacturer's instructions.

7. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to SiiYa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, except any warranty provided by a product's manufacturer.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiiYa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SiiYa Ventures Corporation is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
